Check out this video of one of my recent workout sessions. We had another computrainer party on the weekend. This is basically a bike race indoors. Why post this? For a few reasons
1. if you are working out but not achieving results, this should inspire you to up the intensity. We were racing at maximum effort for 48+ minutes. You can get an idea of the intensity by watching the expressions on our faces!
2. if you are not currently following an exercise program this might get you started! A bike is one of the best forms of exercise as it is easy on your knees and back.
3. for those of you that think biking is not a hard enough workout, check it out
