Penticton training camp

I had a fantastic week riding my bike in Penticton. In total I rode 750km in 40 hours throughout the week. Each day was a different challenge and let me know what I am really made of! Highlights include the Ironman loop and Chute lake climb ( 18km uphill  with 8 km on gravel road).
