1. Get enough quality sleep.
Aim to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Try to go to bed and wake up at approximately the same time every day. Also, do your best to sleep on your back as much as possible.
2. Eat healthy
Choose more veggies, minimize the packaged and processed foods. Plan your meals and pack a lunch. When you eat out, pick the best option available to you. Limit consuming meat to 0-3 times per week.
3. Drink more water
30 minutes of moderate exercise each day will benefit all aspects of your health.
